The ATESh movement, together with the Secret Organisation of Ukrainians, reconnoitered a chemical plant in Bryansk that produces components for Grad, Uragan and Tornado MLRS. The data was passed on to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

The guerrilla movement ATESH conducted a visual reconnaissance of a chemical plant in Bryansk, which is involved in the production of components for Grad, Uragan and Tornado multiple rocket launcher systems. This was reported by the movement participants themselves

The guerrillas received additional information with the assistance of representatives of the Secret Organisation of Ukrainians from among the employees of the enterprise. This made it possible to clarify the plant's current activities and the level of its involvement in military orders from the Russian army

During the reconnaissance, high activity was recorded in the surrounding area. Employees and freight transport are moving regularly, and security measures have been significantly strengthened. All entrances to the facility are under constant control of armed patrols, which demonstrates the strategic importance of the enterprise for the Russian military-industrial complex

There are also problems with communication in the area of the plant, which may be a result of its deliberate restriction for security reasons. The collected intelligence was passed to the Ukrainian Defence Forces for further assessment and analysis. ATES emphasised that their actions were aimed exclusively against the military infrastructure of the aggressor state and did not pose a threat to the civilian population of the city
