Weather on 4 May 2026: where in Ukraine will it rain
On 4 May, Ukraine will see warm weather with variable cloud cover. No rainfall is forecast for most regions.
Rain is expected during the day only in the south-east of the country. The wind will be variable, 3–8 m/s. In the south-eastern part of the country, it will be north-easterly, 7–12 m/s, with gusts of 15–20 m/s possible in places during the day.
Night-time temperatures will be 3–8°C. In the east of the country, temperatures are expected to be 1–6°C, with ground frosts of 0–3°C possible.
During the day, temperatures will rise to 14–19°C. It will be warmer in the west and north of Ukraine – 20–25°C.

In Kyiv and the surrounding region, variable cloud cover with no precipitation is also forecast for 4 May. The wind will be variable, 3–8 m/s.
In the Kyiv region, temperatures are expected to be 3–8°C at night and 20–25°C during the day. In the capital, temperatures will be 6–8°C at night and 23–25°C during the day.
According to the forecast, typical May weather will prevail in Ukraine this week. Warm spells will alternate with brief showers and thunderstorms, which is typical for May.
Air temperatures will gradually rise. At the same time, cooler days are possible in the north and west due to the passage of atmospheric fronts.
