On 1 March, PrivatBank changed its cash withdrawal rules. You can withdraw up to 20,000 hryvnia from an ATM within 3 hours.

This was reported by PrivatBank's press service.

On 1 March, PrivatBank updated its rules for cash transactions at ATMs, branches, and retail chains.

From now on, customers can withdraw up to 20,000 hryvnias from an ATM within 3 hours. For certain categories defined by financial monitoring rules, the limit is set at 100,000 hryvnias.

To receive cash through a branch cashier, you must first order the service through the Privat24 app or by calling 3700. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn at a branch is 100,000 hryvnia.

For the "Withdraw without a card" service, the first transaction per day must not exceed 4,000 hryvnias. The total number of transactions can be up to 5 per day, with a daily limit of 20,000 hryvnias.

For cards from other banks, PrivatBank ATMs have a limit of one transaction of 20,000 hryvnias every 3 hours.

In retail chains, you can receive between 500 and 6,000 hryvnia in cash when paying for purchases. At petrol stations, the limit is up to 5,000 hryvnia on the main receipt. It is recommended to check the available amount at the cash desk.

For hryvnia cards abroad, there is a weekly limit of no more than 12,500 hryvnia equivalent. The commission for withdrawing funds at foreign ATMs is 2%.

Users can set their own limit for online payments in Privat24. The default limit is 2,000 hryvnia.

When a card expires, the bank recommends renewing it in the app or at a branch. During martial law, the validity of plastic cards is automatically extended by 30 months.
