The sale of the estate marked another step by Loboda in divesting herself of assets linked to Russia.
The singer Svitlana Loboda has sold a luxury estate in the Moscow region, which she had been trying to sell since the start of the full-scale war. According to media reports, the deal is worth around $12 million.

Ukrainian media reported on the sale of the property, citing Russian sources.

According to media reports, Svitlana Loboda sold a three-storey mansion in a prestigious cottage community near Moscow.

The search for a buyer lasted almost three years. According to media reports, the deal was finalised in May 2026.

The new owner of the property is a Russian businessman, whose name has not been disclosed.

How much did the estate cost?

According to media reports, the singer received around $12 million for the house.

It was previously reported that the estate was valued at 850 million roubles.

While the house remained unsold, it was let out.

What the property looks like

The total area of the house is around 1,200 square metres.

Inside, there are four bedrooms, spacious living and dining rooms, a billiard room, a bar area, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

The grounds also feature a guest house, a gazebo, a garage, as well as separate quarters for staff and security.

What is known about Loboda’s stance after 2022

Following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Svitlana Loboda publicly condemned Russian aggression and ceased performing in Russia.

Since then, the singer has been living abroad and performing for European audiences.

The sale of the estate was Loboda’s latest step in divesting herself of assets linked to Russia.

The singer had been trying to sell her property in the Moscow region since the early years of the full-scale war, but the deal was only finalised in 2026.
