Kyivavtodor in Kyiv is conducting searches in connection with the procurement of materials

Searches at the premises of the Kyivavtodor municipal corporation are being conducted on the basis of a ruling by the investigating judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The investigative actions are being carried out as part of a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings.
According to the company, the investigation concerns the procurement of materials for winter road maintenance in 2024–2025. Law enforcement agencies are currently establishing the possible existence of violations.
Kyivavtodor noted that the purchases were made in accordance with the requirements of public procurement legislation.
The company's employees are providing law enforcement agencies with all the necessary documents and assisting in the investigation.
The corporation also reported that the searches are complicating the work of road maintenance departments, particularly during the period of preparation for the active phase of repairing potholes after the winter period.
Despite this, road services continue to perform their functions to ensure safe traffic in Kyiv.
Kyivavtodor expressed its hope for the objectivity and impartiality of the investigation and compliance with the law during the proceedings.
