In Kupiansk, three Russian soldiers surrendered via the chatbot "I want to live"
Russian military personnel voluntarily laid down their arms
Russian assault troops, left without supplies, contacted the Ukrainian project and voluntarily transferred to the positions of the Defence Forces.

In Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, three Russian Federation servicemen voluntarily laid down their arms and defected to the Ukrainian forces, using the chatbot of the state project "I Want to Live." This was reported on the initiative's Telegram channel.

According to the project, an operation to capture Russian soldiers was carried out in cooperation with the Ukrainian National Guard's "Charter" corps. The organisers released video footage and recordings of negotiations related to this operation.

It is reported that three Russian assault troops were blocked in Kupiansk without rotation and proper supplies. According to the project, they were abandoned by the Russian command.

Eventually, the soldiers called the "I Want to Live" hotline. After establishing contact, representatives of the project coordinated with the Charter brigade's intelligence unit, which organised their safe exit to Ukrainian positions.
