Ukrposhta is changing its rules for dealing with business customers
This is stated in a notice on the Ukrposhta website.
“This decision should simplify the connection of services, reduce paperwork and give businesses greater flexibility in managing logistics,” notes Ukrposhta.
The new model is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, for which the speed of service connection and the ability to quickly change logistics solutions are often critical.
A single contract will make it easier to add new services or discontinue those that are no longer relevant, without the need to enter into separate agreements each time, explains Ukrposhta.
Key benefits of the new format include a single contract instead of several, optimised document flow, easier connection of new services, and greater freedom to scale the business.
Importantly, it will be possible to conclude it online, quickly and effortlessly – this is another step towards full digitalisation, the statement notes.
“A single contract is a step towards a model in which logistics becomes not a barrier for the client, but a springboard for growth,” Ukrposhta notes.
The transition to the new model has already begun and will proceed gradually. By the end of 2026, business clients must switch to the single contract.
Meanwhile, all existing agreements will continue to operate under the previous terms, and the transition itself will be supported by the company’s managers.
