Klitschko's deputy Petro Panteleev heads the supervisory board of the capitalised Kyivmiskbud
The Supervisory Board of Kyivmiskbud after the completion of additional capitalisation was headed by the acting first deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Petro Panteleev, who is the deputy mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko. This was reported by the company's website.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to change the management board. Valeriy Zasutskiy, a member of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine and a specialist in construction, was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board.
The company received additional capitalisation in the amount of UAH 2.56 billion, which became a key stage of the anti-crisis plan. According to Kyivmiskbud, the company has also intensified cooperation with the government to resolve the issue of compensation of UAH 2.28 billion for the objects of Ukrbud Corporation that were transferred to the company earlier.
As part of the financial restart, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission has started the registration procedure for the issue of shares of Kyivmiskbud. The company planned to issue 10 billion registered shares of UAH 0.25 each. The only participant in the placement was the territorial community of Kyiv, whose share in the authorised capital is expected to increase from 80% to about 99.87%.
The updated guidelines state that these decisions should ensure the stabilisation of the financial condition, the resumption of construction at the facilities and the establishment of transparent communication with investors in 2026.
