At the time, the investigation was overseen by the current director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi.
In the Lviv region, two forestry officials have been charged with the destruction of over 20,000 trees
Law enforcement officials have notified two officials at the Skole-based forestry subsidiary ‘Galsillis’ that they are under suspicion. According to the investigation, over 20,000 trees were destroyed as a result of illegal logging in the Stryi district, with losses exceeding 112 million hryvnias.
