The state provides charging stations free of charge: who is eligible and how to obtain one
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced the start of the active phase of the programme's implementation.
According to her, the state has purchased 10,000 portable charging stations with an approximate capacity of 2 kWh each. The first 4,000 devices have already been sent to recipients via Ukrposhta, and the rest are planned to be delivered in the near future.
The programme applies exclusively to families raising children with disabilities in subgroup A — the category with the highest degree of health impairment. The device can be obtained by one of the parents, the official guardian or another legal representative of the child.
To participate, you must apply in person to the nearest service centre of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The application is completed on the spot.
The applicant must have a passport or other identity document with them. Guardians and legal representatives must also provide a document confirming their authority. A copy of a document confirming the status of a child with a disability in subgroup A under the age of 18 is also required.
The programme aims to support the most vulnerable families in the context of regular power cuts and damage to energy infrastructure as a result of the war.
