Against the backdrop of the conflict between the US and Iran, Nostradamus' prophecy about war has been recalled.
This was reported by the Daily Mail.
We are talking about the French astrologer Michel de Nostredame, better known as Nostradamus. In 1555, he published a book called "Prophecies," which contains hundreds of short quatrains. For centuries, mystics have tried to link them to various world events.
After the situation in the Middle East escalated, some interpreters drew attention to quatrain I:26. It mentions a "great swarm of bees" that "will appear at night." Some commentators suggest that this image may symbolically describe modern combat drones, which are actively used in wars.
Another passage is also mentioned, which refers to "a great war that will last seven months." Proponents of this interpretation believe that this phrase may be related to a possible prolonged military confrontation in the region.
Another quatrain contains lines about "Mars ruling its path among the stars" and "human blood sprinkling the sanctuary." Some interpreters believe that the mention of Mars, the ancient Roman god of war, may symbolise a period of global conflict.
At the same time, researchers emphasise that Nostradamus' texts are written in an extremely abstract and metaphorical form. They do not contain exact dates or specific names of countries, so their interpretation largely depends on subjective interpretations.
That is why such prophecies regularly become popular again during major international crises or military conflicts.
