Russia has changed its attack tactics: Zelensky has instructed the military to urgently inform partners
Russia is focusing its strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, changing its tactics. International partners need to pay special attention to this. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to the head of state, the Ukrainian military has been instructed to immediately contact partners and inform them in detail about the change in Russian attack tactics. First and foremost, this concerns the United States of America. The key focus is on Russia's targeted strikes on energy facilities.
The President also noted that, according to available information, at least some of the missiles used by Russian troops during the current attack were manufactured this year.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported details of another Russian strike on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. According to him, the most difficult situation is currently observed in Kyiv, where a significant number of houses are left without electricity, heat and water.
The head of state stressed that the international community should not remain silent about these attacks. He emphasised that Russia cannot be treated as an equal among other countries in the world as long as its actions boil down to killing and tormenting the civilian population.
"Right now, all Ukrainian officials, everyone responsible for the work of state institutions, regional and local authorities, Ukrainian energy companies — everyone must be in Ukraine, working, helping people and trying to stabilise the situation," the President said.
