Russian troops have attacked nine regions of Ukraine; there are fatalities and dozens of people have been injured
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Since this evening, Russian forces have launched nearly 20 drone attacks on four districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Synelnykivskyi district, the communities of Synelnykivka, Ukrainska and Petropavlivka came under attack. The attacks caused fires, which were extinguished by the emergency services. A petrol station, a private residential building and several cars were damaged.
According to updated information, two people were killed in the district as a result of the attack that took place the day before. In addition to a 73-year-old man, a 55-year-old man also died. The number of casualties has risen to four. A 25-year-old man was admitted to hospital; doctors assess his condition as moderately serious.
In the Nikopol district, Russian troops attacked the communities of Nikopol, Marganets, Myrivka, Tomakivka and Mozolevka. An agricultural enterprise, private residential buildings and a farm building were damaged.
In the Kamyanske district, an agricultural enterprise and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Infrastructure facilities were also damaged in the Solonyanska community in the Dniprovskyi district.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 1,011 strikes on 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, 16 people were injured as a result of the attacks, including one child.
The authorities received 190 reports of damage to infrastructure, residential buildings, vehicles and farm buildings.
Chernihiv region
In the early hours of the morning, a Russian drone attacked a residential building in the Nizhyn district.
A fire broke out following the strike, which emergency services quickly brought under control. Two women were injured in the attack. They were taken to hospital.
Donetsk region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have wounded three civilians in the Donetsk region.
One person was injured in each of Kramatorsk, Sloviansk and Druzhkivka over the past 24 hours.
Kherson region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops shelled 39 settlements in the Kherson region.
Three people were killed as a result of the attacks, and a further 25 were injured; a child is among the casualties.
Seven high-rise blocks and seven private houses were damaged, as well as an administrative building, a shop, a mobile phone mast, a business premises, a petrol station, ambulances, trolleybuses and private cars.
Zhytomyr Oblast
On the night of 14 July, Russian forces struck the north of the Zhytomyr region. Hits were recorded near a residential area.
As a result of the attack, urban infrastructure and a private farm building were damaged. Emergency services quickly extinguished the fires that broke out at the impact sites. According to available information, there were no fatalities or injuries.
Odesa region
Overnight, Russian drones attacked civilian and industrial infrastructure in the Odesa region.
On the premises of one of the enterprises, car repair workshops, a service building, a petrol tanker, 11 lorries and one passenger car were damaged. The fire that broke out following the strike was extinguished by emergency services.
At another industrial site, tanks containing sunflower oil caught fire.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. The relevant services are working at the sites of the strikes.
Kharkiv region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops shelled Kharkiv and 12 other settlements in the Kharkiv region. Eleven people were injured as a result of the attacks.
In the Kharkiv district, petrol stations, a block of flats, eight private houses, four cars and seven outbuildings were damaged.
The transit evacuation centre in Lozova received 187 people over the past 24 hours. In total, 45,548 people have been registered there since the centre began operating.
Sumy region
Over the past 24 hours, from the morning of 13 July to the morning of 14 July, Russian forces carried out nearly 60 strikes on 27 settlements across 14 local communities in the Sumy region.
The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
Russian forces used mortars, artillery, FPV drones, unmanned aerial vehicles and guided aerial bombs.
