The service boasts the highest online sales figures among state-owned railway operators in Europe.

This has been reported by the national railway operator’s press office.

Currently, 71 per cent of all train tickets are booked via the service, which is the highest figure among state-owned rail operators in Europe. In total, passengers have purchased 67 million tickets since the platform was launched.

This year, the app’s functionality has been expanded: users have already purchased 1.5 million commuter tickets.

In addition, the auto-purchase feature, which automatically buys tickets when seats become available, has enabled passengers to make over 400,000 journeys since the start of 2026.

The company’s achievements were recognised at the spring Transport Ticketing Awards in London, where the app – created with the support of Mastercard – won the Digital Innovation category.
