The “Dія” portal now offers the option to renew the registration of employees who have not breached military registration rules in advance. The new system allows applications to be submitted before the current registration expires, without interrupting the employee’s status.

The ‘Dія’ portal has introduced the option to extend the registration of employees who have not breached military registration rules in advance.

Previously, after a reservation had expired or been cancelled, a company could only submit a new application with a delay of up to 72 hours. During this period, the employee’s status was suspended.

Now, an application can be submitted in advance – even before the current reservation expires. The Ministry of Defence explained that the system automatically verifies the data and extends the reservation for a new period.

The ministry emphasised that this allows the employee’s status to remain continuous – without pauses or technical delays.

The Ministry of Defence also explained why this is important. According to the ministry, extending the reservation in advance helps businesses retain critically needed employees, ensures the uninterrupted operation of strategic enterprises and reduces the administrative burden.

To extend or apply for a reservation, a company must log in to the “Diya” portal, select the “Employee Reservation” service, submit an application and provide employee details, confirm salaries, verify the information and sign the application.

The Ministry of Defence clarified that the application must be signed by the manager or an authorised representative.
