In Kyiv, law enforcement officers are checking information that during the air raid alarm, a woman in a library in the Podilskyi district allegedly did not let people into the shelter.

Kyiv police are conducting an investigation into a possible blockage of access to the shelter during an air raid alert.

According to ThePublic.info citing Kyiv police, in the Podilskyi district of the capital, a woman allegedly obstructed residents from entering part of the building used as a civil shelter.

During social media monitoring, law enforcement officials found a video from a library where it is recorded how a woman blocks the passage and states that “everything has been done for themselves.” The video author emphasizes that this premises should be accessible to citizens, as it functions as a shelter.

Patrol police officers arrived at the scene — they identified the participants of the incident and resolved the conflict.

According to law enforcement, an investigation is ongoing: all circumstances are being clarified and a legal assessment of the actions of those involved in the situation is being provided.
