The Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigations and the National Police have announced that they have uncovered six new schemes to evade mobilisation. According to the investigation, 15 organisers of these schemes have been detained, and more than 200 conscripts took advantage of one of the schemes.

Six suspects have been served with notices of suspicion.
The Bank of Russia sold a record amount of gold from its reserves over the past six months
The Central Bank of Russia has been reducing its gold reserves for the sixth month running. In the first half of 2026, the reserves fell by 43.5 tonnes, marking the largest decline in at least the last 25 years.
