The Ministry of Defence has begun auditing losses and minimum drones
This was reported by Mykhailo Fedorov on social media. Following consultations with
the military, Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the start of an audit of battlefield losses.
"Audit of losses. We are beginning to analyse every loss on the battlefield. The audit will help identify key problems and make management decisions to systematically resolve them. Human capital is our highest value. We will fight for the life of every soldier," he said.
According to the minister, the Ministry of Defence is also introducing a basic minimum supply of drones for brigades. This refers to a guaranteed monthly supply of FPV, reconnaissance, bomber and other UAVs — in addition to state supplies, eBalls and other purchases.
"This will allow brigades to plan their defence and be confident in their resources. We are also working on centralised provision of the army with Starlinks and pickups," Fedorov said.
In addition, a transition from manual demand formation to an automatic model is planned in the near future. "Based on quality data from the front, we will form real demand without a 'zoo' of ineffective solutions. Our goal is for the military to receive the best solutions, rather than having to refine them with their own hands in the trenches," the minister added.
