A tender has been announced in Mykolaiv for the construction of a 9.9 MW solar power plant. The power plant will supply electricity to municipal infrastructure facilities in the city and the Mykolaivoblteploenergo enterprise.

The regional utility company "Mykolaivoblteploenergo" has announced a tender for the implementation of a project to install a solar power plant in Mykolaiv.

The project involves the construction of a 9.9 MW solar power plant, which will supply electricity to the Mykolaivoblteploenergo enterprise and other municipal infrastructure facilities in the city.

According to the project description, the launch of the power plant should contribute to increasing the energy independence of the enterprise and the city, as well as reducing electricity costs. In addition, the project involves the use of renewable energy sources and strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure.

The project is financed by Denmark through the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The project is managed by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO).

Procurement is carried out in accordance with NEFCO's procurement policies and procedures.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 7 April 2026 at 14:00 Kyiv time. The

estimated period for the execution of works is from May 2026 to May 2027.
