This is according to OBOZ.UA

The fight ended prematurely in the 11th round

At the start of the bout, Verhoeven tried to be aggressive and force a close-range battle. Meanwhile, Usyk controlled the pace of the fight thanks to his quick movement around the ring, footwork and precise counter-attacks. As the bout progressed, the Ukrainian increasingly found opportunities for accurate combinations, whilst his opponent began to lose momentum. In the 11th round, Usyk pinned Verhoeven against the ropes and landed a series of effective attacks, after which the referee decided to stop the fight and award the Ukrainian a technical knockout victory.

Usyk retained his championship belt and was awarded the ‘King of the Nile’ title

At stake in the bout was the WBC world heavyweight title, which Usyk successfully defended. In addition, the winner of the fight received the special WBC ‘King of the Nile’ belt, which was contested during the boxing evening in Giza. For Usyk, this bout marked another successful title defence and his first fight against an opponent who had gained worldwide recognition primarily in kickboxing.
