Two teenagers have been arrested in Poltava for plotting to blow up a car carrying Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers

The SBU and the National Police have announced the arrest in Poltava of two 16-year-old local residents suspected of plotting a terrorist attack against Ukrainian military personnel. According to the investigation, the minors, acting on instructions from the Russian Federation, had manufactured a homemade explosive device and were planning to plant it under a military vehicle.
