In Odesa, law enforcement officers have detained a 19-year-old woman from Chernivtsi who is suspected of attempting to carry out a terrorist attack in the Peresypsky district. According to the police, the woman constructed an explosive device, placed it under a lorry carrying equipment for a local heating plant, and attempted to detonate it remotely, but the explosion did not occur.

A case of rabies has been reported in a community near the capital in the Kyiv region — quarantine restrictions have been imposed for 60 days across six settlements. The villages affected are Shchaslyve, Chubynske, Mala and Velyka Oleksandrivka, Bezuhlivka and Prolisky.
