Up to 10 years in prison: a bill concerning the TCC and the VLC has been tabled in parliament
Bill No. 15114 has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada; it proposes to increase administrative and criminal liability for offences relating to military registration, medical examinations and conscription. For certain offences involving the unlawful enrichment of members of the medical examination board, the bill provides for up to 10 years’ imprisonment.
