Athletes from the Kyiv Muay Thai Federation won 11 medals at the Ukrainian Championships

Athletes from the Kyiv Muay Thai Federation won 11 medals at the Ukrainian Championships — Athletes from the Kyiv Thai Boxing Federation

The Ukrainian Youth Championships (U24) and the Ukrainian Muay Thai Tournament for Juniors and Cadets have concluded in Odesa. During the competitions, athletes from the Kyiv Muay Thai Federation won 11 medals.

The championship lasted four days and brought together 295 fighters from 15 regions of Ukraine. The capital’s federation was represented in the competition by four clubs: ‘Nika’, ‘Gran’, ‘Nikko’ and ‘Sarmat’. In the end, the young athletes won eleven medals.

Gold medals were won by:

Stavila Luciano, Nika club
Kirilo Sova, “Sarmat” club
Danil Sova, “Sarmat” club
Vladislav Berezovskyi, Nika club
Veronika Stepanyuk, Niko Club

Silver medallists:

Konstantin Bas, Gran Club
Dmytro Rudyuk, Gran Club

And the following returned home with bronze:

Artem Bas, Gran Club
Vladislav Ilyin, Sarmat Club
Ignat Karnaukh, Gran Club
Ivan Kachanovetskyi, Gran Club

As a reminder, the Kyiv Muay Thai Federation brings together clubs in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The organisation has its own panel of referees, which regularly participates in championships at various levels, organises competitions and runs free training sessions for children.
