British super-heavyweight Tyson Fury secured his second consecutive victory, defeating Polish veteran Mariusz Wach by knockout. The bout took place on 24 July in Pattaya (Thailand)

This was reported by TSN.

After seven rounds, Wakh refused to continue the fight, so the referee awarded Fury the victory by technical knockout.

The fight will be shown later on Netflix

The bout was not broadcast on television or on streaming platforms. The full recording of the fight and behind-the-scenes footage will feature in the third season of the documentary reality show *At Home with the Furys*, which will be released on Netflix.

The organisers also announced that proceeds from ticket sales for the arena, which seats up to two thousand spectators, will be donated to local charities. At the end of the evening, Fury became the first holder of the new WBC Humanitarian title.

Next up: a fight against Joshua

For the 37-year-old Briton, this is his second consecutive victory. In April, he defeated Russian boxer Arslanbek Makhmudov by unanimous decision.

Mariusz Wach’s last victory came last year. In March, the 46-year-old Pole lost on points to Ukrainian Viktor Vykhrist. In 2012, Wach also fought for the world title but lost to Wladimir Klitschko.

This bout is expected to serve as preparation for Fury ahead of one of the most eagerly anticipated heavyweight fights against his compatriot Anthony Joshua. The boxers have already signed a contract, and the fight itself is scheduled to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026. The organisers are due to announce the exact date and venue at a later date. Meanwhile, Joshua is set to face Albanian boxer Kristian Prenga in Riyadh on 25 July.
