Customers will be able to manage their shipments remotely and collect parcels via automated terminals.

Ukrposhta has begun rolling out a network of parcel lockers, installing the first 70 terminals in Kyiv.

This was announced by the company’s CEO, Ihor Smilianskyi.

Alongside the launch of the equipment, a feature for remote parcel management has become available in the updated ‘Ukrposhta 2.0’ mobile app.

The new options allow customers to redirect parcels within Ukraine free of charge, as well as orders from AliExpress and Temu, until they arrive at their destination.

Users can choose the following options themselves:

  • send the parcel to a postbox;
  • redirect it to another branch;
  • extend the storage period;
  • change the recipient.

Parcels will be stored free of charge in post boxes for up to 7 days, after which they will be transported to the nearest branch. Initially, only prepaid parcels will be available via the terminals, but there are plans to launch payment via the app in the future.

By the end of 2026, the company intends to expand the network to over 1,000 post boxes across the country, with 30 terminals set to appear in Odesa in the near future.
