Ramstein has stated that Russia’s losses have outpaced the rate of mobilisation
At the 34th meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine’s Defence in the ‘Ramstein’ format, Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that Russian casualties have already outpaced the rate of mobilisation. According to him, Russia is currently losing 254 soldiers per square kilometre, whilst in the Donetsk region this figure averages 428.
