In February, Nazar Konstantinov, head of the capital's ESBU, received almost half a million hryvnia in salary.
This is evidenced by a report on significant changes in property status, which the official entered into the register of declarations on 23 February.
In addition to his salary, the declaration of the head of the capital's ESBU includes three apartments in Kyiv, six parking spaces, and two premium-class cars.
In 2024, the official earned 527,328 hryvnias in salary at the ESBU, over a million hryvnias at the prosecutor's office, as well as 4 million hryvnias in income from entrepreneurial activities and another 18,000 hryvnias in payments to a self-employed person from the Centre for Assistance to the Army, Veterans and Their Families.
In addition, Nazar Konstantinov declared income from the sale of securities and corporate rights in the amount of almost 2 million hryvnias. He also received gifts from relatives worth more than a million hryvnias.
The family of the head of the capital's ESBU has $65,000 in cash and 11 bank accounts, some of which are opened in Poland.
In his latest declaration, the official listed 12 transactions related to the purchase and sale of corporate rights, the donation of land, and the transfer of property.
As previously reported by ThePublic, on the eve of certification, employees of the Economic Security Bureau declare salaries of 150,000 hryvnia per month, as well as the purchase of houses, apartments, and cars.
