The sports brand Reebok is gradually ceasing operations in Ukraine, closing its stores in Kyiv and its online store. The last retail outlets will remain open until May 2026.

This was reported by Forbes.

There are currently only two Reebok stores operating in Kyiv — in the Retroville and SkyMall shopping centres. The SkyMall store will remain open until 8 May 2026, while the Retroville store will remain open until the remaining stock is sold out, despite the current lease agreement expiring at the end of April.

The brand's online store is also closing down. The website will only operate until the remaining stock is sold out.

The Reebok brand is owned by Authentic Brands Group, which acquired it from Adidas in 2022 for $2.5 billion. The license to develop the brand was obtained by the Turkish holding company FLO Retailing, which is also closing its InStreet store in the Respublika Park shopping centre.

According to sources, the reason for the reduction in activity was the economic situation, in particular the difficulties faced by Turkish retailers, who are gradually leaving the Ukrainian market.

At the same time, Ukrainian sports retailers, including Marathon, Intersport, and Sport City, are interested in distributing Reebok products. Negotiations on the further sale of the brand in Ukraine are ongoing, but the opening of a separate chain of stores is not expected in the near future.
