On the evening of 3 July, Russian forces launched an attack on the Sumy community using five guided aerial bombs. One of the guided bombs struck the town centre. Four people were killed in the attack, including a 33-year-old woman and her five-year-old daughter

The Russian Embassy in Sweden has reported a ‘drone attack’
The Russian Embassy in Sweden reported that, on the night of 2 July, it was ‘attacked’ by two quadcopters. One of them dropped a container of red paint onto the embassy grounds, whilst the other, with a mock-up of a homemade explosive device attached, crashed near the embassy building.

In Venezuela, following two powerful earthquakes, the number of buildings that have been destroyed or seriously damaged may be as high as nearly 59,000. The death toll and number of injured continue to rise, whilst rescue operations are ongoing.
