The Ministry of Economy has opened public access to business data through the Pulse dashboard
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has presented the first public analytical dashboard of the state platform Pulse, which provides feedback between business and government. The tool provides access to generalised data coming directly from entrepreneurs from all over the country.
As of now, Pulse has accumulated over 338 thousand ratings, almost 30 thousand comments and more than 300 requests from verified business representatives. The data is updated in real time and allows analysing the situation by region, industry and responsible authorities.
The Ministry of Economy emphasises that the key feature of the dashboard is the automatic inclusion of each comment in the analytics without manual moderation. This allows us to maintain the authenticity of the assessments and form an objective picture of the business climate in Ukraine.
According to Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy for Digital Development, the platform creates a new management model where decisions are made based on data, not assumptions. He emphasised that digital transformation in this case means, first and foremost, trust between the state and business.
The Ministry of Economy encourages entrepreneurs to actively use the platform and leave structured appeals on pulse.gov.ua. Starting from 1 January 2026, Pulse will officially acquire the status of a state mechanism for digital interaction between business and the government in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
