Lubinec proposed allowing prisoners of war to make phone calls to their families
Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada’s Human Rights Commissioner, has proposed introducing a reciprocal arrangement for telephone calls between Ukrainian and Russian prisoners of war. According to him, every prisoner should be given the opportunity to speak to their loved ones for at least three minutes.

The network of Resilience Centres in Kyiv has been expanded, with new locations added in the Obolon district. Residents are advised to check in advance which centres are closest to their home or workplace and to make a note of their addresses.

The Verkhovna Rada’s Law Enforcement Committee has backed Bill No. 15294, which proposes to decriminalise pornography involving consenting adults and to increase penalties for the production and distribution of child pornography.
