Residents of Kyiv have launched a petition calling for a tribute to be paid to the caretaker Oleksandr Perha, who died during the terrorist attack on 18 April whilst saving a child.
Vladimir Bugrov, Rector of Kyiv National University, has been dismissed from his post by order of the Ministry of Education and Science.
The Ministry of Education and Science has ended its working relationship with Volodymyr Bugrov, Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, following the expiry of his contract. Now that his term of office has ended, the Ministry is set to appoint an acting rector.
