40,000 UAH in Kyiv for damage caused by shelling: who is eligible for assistance
In Kyiv, residents of buildings where utility networks have been damaged as a result of Russian attacks are eligible for a one-off financial payment of 40,000 UAH. The payment is provided under the city’s ‘Care. For the People of Kyiv’ programme and is available to owners or co-owners of properties damaged after 1 January 2026.
