The Economic Security Bureau has asked the Kyiv City State Administration to install bollards outside its premises due to the “risk of sabotage and reconnaissance activities” carried out using cars parked nearby. Each bollard costs almost 2,000 UAH.

The Budget Committee has approved payments to military personnel from the military levy
The Verkhovna Rada’s Budget Committee has recommended that parliament adopt Bill No. 15167 on the allocation of the military levy to a special fund within the state budget. From 1 January 2027, it is proposed that these funds be used exclusively to cover the pay of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel.
