Complaints from veterans and journalists: what the Kyiv Local Health and Medical Services Department’s investigation revealed
The Ombudsman’s Office carried out an inspection of the Kyiv Emergency Medical Care Hospital following complaints from military personnel and veterans, journalistic investigations and appeals from civil society organisations. The monitoring revealed positive assessments of the doctors’ work, but also identified problems with catering, building repairs and the funding of treatment.
